General Rental Conditions:

Drivers Age - Should be over 25 but not older than 75.

Fuel Policy - If the car is not returned as consigned the cost of the refueling will be debited from the car at a prevailing rate. This is done immediatley on collection of vehicle. The hirer may at his option purchase fuel in advance depending on duration of hire.

Gozo Ferry Crossing - All cars are permitted to be driven in Gozo. Ferry fees are paid direct to Gozo Channel Line on embarking to return to Malta.

Valletta Entry Permit - All cars have a special license which permits entering to Valletta.

Security Deposit - A Lm50 security deposit will be charged at the time of collecting your car. This must be paid by credit card in the principle's driver's name.

Payment Terms - A minimum deposit of 20% is to be paid with every booking. Rental charges are payable in full on date of vehicle collection.

Driving License - Driver is to provide a fully valid driving license which has been held for at least 2 years at time of rental. Local or International license are both accepted.

Official Currency - Maltese Lira

Inclusive - All vehicles carry a comprehensive insurance cover with an excess liability on claiming theft. fire and damage.

Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G: Excess Lm200
Groups H, I, J, Exclusive: Excess Lm300

Unlimited Milage - All our rates include unlimited mileage and vehicles can be driven only in the Maltese Islands.

VAT Tax - 18% VAT is already included in car rental charges.

Breakdown Recovery - All vehicles are enrolled with a 24hr breakdown system.

Applicable for hires of 3 days or exceeding and during booking office hours:

- Courtesy drive from airport or any location in Malta to rental depot. (Restrictions may apply)
- Courtesy drive from rental depot to airport or any location in Malta. (Restrictions may apply)
- Collection and delivery to any area within 5KM rental depot. Available on request and subject to availability. (Restrictions may apply)

Additional Extras - Child seats @ Lm1 per day

Insurance:

Collision damage and theft damage waiver is an optional cover to relieve the renterer from part of excess.

Lm175 excess relieve for Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G

Lm250 excess relieve for Groups H, I, J, Exclusive

This is applicable as follows at

Lm3 per day for Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G
Lm4 per day for Groups H, I, J
Lm5 per day for Group Exclusive

Additional driver insurance is optional at Lm1 per day to cover 1 extra driver over 25 years old.

Young Drivers Fee: (Subject to approval)

Age 21 - 24 at Lm1.50 daily, Groups H, I, J, Exclusive not available

Airport delivery - Lm3 (24hrs) / Airport drop off - Lm3 (24hrs)

Both airport delivery and drop off - Lm5 (24hrs)

Delivery out of booking office hrs - Available only on request at Lm3

All extra options are exclusive of VAT 18%.
